Brew Lab Coffee

Brew Lab Coffee started as a specialty coffee bar in Edinburgh and has grown to become one of the largest and most respected specialty coffee shops in the UK. Since 2014 Brew Lab have been producing and bottling their own Cold Brew Coffee - a ready-to-drink cold coffee product brewed for 18 hours in cold water. Their cold extraction method creates a naturally sweet cold coffee, with minimal bitterness or acidity. Brew Lab Cold Brew is being used more and more in the on-trade as an alternative to alcoholic drinks, hot coffee or as a cocktail mixer.
